Moving to the United States as an adult in 1990 from Bombay, India, Sumii Jhingon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each and every real estate transaction. Sumii’s background in international trade, banking and shipping provides him with a unique perspective to the analysis of real estate whether it is a residential or commercial property.
Sumii believes that rapport needs to be established before a client rushes into a real estate transaction. Too often his clients have told him another agent had shown them a property and pushed for a quick buying decision. Sumii believes that once rapport is established and the goals of the client analyzed, a better property fit can be obtained. Sumii is able to service the entire San Francisco Bay Area and has built his business on referrals from satisfied customers.
Coming from India where there are 1653 languages, Sumii is sensitive to various cultures and traditions. He speaks fluent Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi and Gujerati as well as English. With so many languages in India, Sumii finds English a common denominator for many conversations.
A vegetarian by choice, Sumii enjoys hiking, long distance running and yoga. He likes to keep his mind and body fit. He travels back and forth to India several times each year.
